For one morning at Market, hospital and pharmacy gift shop retailers gather in a single room to see what is new. It is the easiest place in the country to meet them all at once, and everything about 2027 is built to make that morning work harder for you.

Down from $800 and $1,050 last year. A shorter format should cost less, and we would rather bring together a full floor of vendor partners at a price that works comfortably for everyone.
We asked our vendor community what would make the morning work harder. Here is what changed.
Nearly everything that changed for 2027 came directly from those answers, and from what our retailers told us in return. Vendor partners asked for retailer traffic concentrated into a shorter window. Retailers asked for an open floor they could move through at their own pace instead of all at once. Both sides named new product as the reason a retailer stops at a table.
So the morning is shorter, the floor is open from the first minute, and the guide now leads with what is new from you.

- You will know who is coming to your tableRetailers receive the Digital Event Guide ahead of Market and mark the vendor partners they plan to visit. We send you your list the week before the event.
- An open floor from 8:30, and a busier oneBuying, breakfast and networking all begin together at 8:30 and the floor stays open to 11:00. Finishing at eleven also means your team is back in your showroom for the rest of the day.
- Your showroom, featured with your listingYour AmericasMart showroom appears beside your listing at no charge, and every retailer receives a PPP showroom map with the guide. The morning becomes the front door to the rest of your week at Market.
- A guide our retailers plan fromThe guide now leads with what is new from you, the assortment you have chosen for hospital and pharmacy gift shops, your opening minimum, and any show offer you would like to make.
- Choose your own tableTwelve vendor partners can select their own table from the numbered floor plan, first come first served, instead of submitting a request and waiting to hear back.
- A drawing worth staying forWe are working with sponsors on a prize package worth having, drawn at 10:45. Retailers need to be in the room to win.

Choose your own table from the floor plan. The numbered map comes with your confirmation and you reply with your choice.
A full page in the Digital Event Guide for your brand, your new product and your showroom, with a video. Retailers build their morning from the guide, and a full page is how they find you.
A reason to stop, valid through Market week.
A show offer is completely optional, and it is one of the best ways to give a retailer a reason to stop at your table. Every offer prints beside your name in the guide and stays valid through Market week, since many retailers finish their writing once they have seen the whole floor and checked their open to buy.

- One 6-foot draped table and two chairs per vendor
- All displays fit on your table and stay under 2 feet in height
- Floor displays, spinners, signage stands and electrical supply are not available in this space
- All materials come in by hand during setup, as the venue does not receive shipments for this event
- Setup is Wednesday, January 13, 2027, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. The hall is not available before or after, so please plan your arrival with that in mind.
