Getting Started
Step One: Paperwork
Review, sign and submit the Vendor Agreement via DocuSign.
Step Two: Marketing Fee
Once we receive your paperwork, we will send along a confirmation email with an invoice. This email will have important details for your review, including launch dates, vendor profile submission guidelines and an overview of our flyer program. Take a few moments to review.
Two Ways to Pay:
- Submit your marketing fee for payment to your Accounting Department. Checks should be made payable to Purchasing Power Plus and mailed to 5224 West State Road 46, #337, Sanford, FL 32771.
- Pay via credit card utilizing the secure link provided with your invoice, along with the confirmation email.
Step Three: Welcome
Upon receipt of payment and creation of your Vendor profile, you will receive a Welcome Email. We will confirm terms and guidelines (as they pertain to policies of membership) and a catalog request. An email response confirming all details is required before moving to Step Four.
Step Four:
Within 48 business hours of establishing your Vendor profile, you will receive our current Retail Member Listing for Purchasing Power Plus. You will also be given information that allows you to access our website, including your username and password.
Step Five:
As a new Vendor Partner, we will be creating a video introduction to be highlighted on the PPP Video Channel. You will receive an email with details, guidelines and deadlines.
Step Six:
Based on our current calendar, you will be featured in a blog posting, Facebook feature and our next available newsletter. Dates and deadlines detailed below. If you are joining us on the PPP Marketplace, we will begin your Onboarding Process within 30 to 60 days of your initial launch.
Step Seven:
Plan your flyer. You can submit digital flyers to be shared 11 times a year. While this is optional, we encourage you to participate as often as possible. Deadlines, requirements and due dates will be shared in your introduction email.
Our goal is to create a seamless process for introducing you to our Retail Members. We will guide you through each step and welcome your questions along the way.
