The PPP Exchange

A way to build stronger vendor relationships, test what works, and grow your shop without adding another membership cost. The PPP Exchange is a limited, application-based pilot that gives retailers direct access to participating PPP vendor partners, built-in 5% savings, and full access to PPP’s Retail with Purpose education and events.
This first-year pilot is limited to 50 retailers to ensure the program remains focused, well supported, and meaningful for everyone involved.
What you receive as an Exchange retailer:
- Direct access to participating PPP vendor partners
- Built-in 5% savings on Exchange purchases and Net 30 Terms
- Full access to PPP’s Retail with Purpose education, events, and community
- A clear path to discovering new lines and building confident vendor relationships
- No cost to participate
What participation looks like:
Approved Exchange retailers order directly with participating vendors, just as they would with any wholesale account with their Exchange Number. To remain in the program, retailers are expected to actively buy through Exchange vendors and submit quarterly order confirmations to PPP. This ensures the program stays disciplined, accountable, and centered on real purchasing activity.

Who this is for:
The PPP Exchange is designed for retailers who care deeply about their stores, their customers, and the communities they serve. We tend to see the greatest success with stores that are thoughtful about what they carry, engaged locally, and interested in building long-term vendor relationships rather than chasing one-off wins.
Because this is a controlled pilot, participation is limited to retailers who align with this approach and are ready to engage intentionally.

For 30 years, PPP has been built on relationships that last. The Exchange allows us to welcome new and growing retailers into those relationships in a way that supports real growth, protects vendor investment, and strengthens our retail community as a whole.
It creates a clear, supported path into deeper PPP participation over time.
How to apply:
Retailers must apply to be considered for the PPP Exchange. Applications are reviewed based on purchasing potential, engagement, and alignment with purposeful retail.
