Exchange stores order directly from you under standard wholesale terms. The only difference is how the PPP savings is applied. The total participation matches the standard PPP structure exactly.

Exchange orders ship to verified addresses with the in shipment savings applied directly.
Submit quarterly totals
Send PPP your sales totals for the approved Exchange list using your existing reporting.
Receive reconciliation
PPP confirms the totals and issues a clear quarterly reconciliation summary.
Remit the remaining 5%
Pay the balance based on confirmed Exchange purchases. The cycle resets the following quarter.
