We would welcome your involvement and pose the following questions to you:
- Email Etiquette – In today’s marketplace, we all receive and respond to hundreds of emails every day, from colleagues to customers. We have all encountered the good, the bad and just plain-awkward. With that in mind what one rule have you developed for your own email etiquette?
- Cultivating Customer Loyalty – how do you build relationships while catering to your regular customers?
- Trend Forecast for 2017 – share in 40 words or less, your predictions for 2017. (Examples: color trends, pop culture trends, themes…)
- POS System – Why do you believe your POS System is of value?
- Knock It Off – what is your opinion on knock-offs? When a large factory replicates the work of an artist…do you bring it in to your shop? Or do you attempt to bring in the original product?
- Maximizing Hot Products – how do you find that winning product? Then how do you maximize its potential?
- Customer Service – two to three sentences capturing your view (and gift shop’s view) on Customer Service.

Question: I need help retiring a volunteer. She has difficulty walking with a cane and carries two large bags with her wherever she goes. I am afraid she will fall and hurt herself and ultimately the hospital will be responsible for her emergency treatment. She is proud that she still goes out four days each week to volunteer. I don’t think she is even considering retiring from volunteering. She is in her eighties.
