Pilot Vendor Registration – PPP Atlanta Event 2026

Purchasing Power Plus invites a select group of vendors to participate in a Pilot Program at our 2026 Atlanta Event. This initiative is designed to test a new participation model that lowers upfront cost and ties a portion of the fee to actual sales written by PPP Retailers during the event.


Program Overview

Participation Fee: $350 (flat, non-refundable)
Performance Fee: 5% of total sales written by PPP Retailers at the event, payable post-event upon reporting
Reporting Deadline: Within 7 days of event conclusion (no later than January 22, 2026)


What’s Included

  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs

  • 3 hours of direct time with PPP Retailers

  • Light breakfast and informal networking

  • Listing in the Digital Event Guide

  • Post-event retailer contact list


Display Guidelines

  • All displays must fit on your table and remain under 2 feet high

  • No floor displays, spinners, signage stands, or electrical supply permitted

  • No shipping into the event – all materials must be carried in by hand

  • Setup Time: Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 PM
    (All setup must be completed during this window. Early or late access is not available.)


Pilot Program Terms: Sales Reporting & Performance Fee

As a participant in the PPP Pilot Vendor Program, I agree to the following terms:

Reporting Requirement
I will provide Purchasing Power Plus with a written summary of all orders written by PPP Retailers at the event within 7 days of the event’s conclusion (no later than January 22, 2026). This report may be submitted in PDF, Excel, or email format and must clearly list total sales written by PPP Retailers during the event.

Performance Fee Invoice
Purchasing Power Plus will issue an invoice for 5% of the total reported sales. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

Verification
PPP reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify reported order totals if needed for audit or evaluation purposes.

Good Faith Participation
This pilot program is based on transparency and partnership. Vendors agree to report accurately and in good faith to help evaluate this new participation model.

Confidentiality
All pilot program terms, including pricing and fee structure, are confidential and may not be shared with vendors not participating in the pilot.
