Purchasing Power Plus offers two comprehensive vendor programs designed to help brands connect with mission-led retailers across the country.
Each program provides built-in marketing exposure, year-round engagement, and direct connection to active retail buyers—with a structure that keeps participation simple and purposeful.
Every vendor partnership supports the expansion of the PPP retail community while providing added visibility for your brand.
Classic Vendor Program
Includes:
• Retail Member Listing – Monthly directory of active PPP Retail Member Stores, including contact names, facility details, and buyer information (email included by permission).
• Online Month in Review – Monthly email update featuring new Retail Members, upcoming programs, events, and community news to keep vendors informed and connected.
• Annual Feature in Network News – Brand feature in PPP’s Network News publication spotlighting vendor products, seasonal trends, and educational insights shared with all Retail Members.
• Digital Flyer Program – Vendors may submit digital flyers featured in PPP’s email campaigns. Flyers highlight assortments, best sellers, and seasonal ideas to support retailer buying and merchandising decisions year-round.
• Buzz Worthy Giveaway – Monthly promotion spotlighting a featured vendor through PPP’s website, email, newsletter, and social media. Includes a curated product giveaway for Retail Members to drive engagement and visibility.
• Website Vendor Portal – Online directory where Retail Members can view vendor profiles, contact details, preferred terms, and direct website links within PPP’s secure member portal.
• Showroom Signage – PPP-branded tent cards and signage available to display in your showroom or temporary market space—helping Retail Members easily identify participating vendor partners.
• Market Preview Booklets – Published twice a year ahead of the Summer and Winter Market seasons, these digital booklets highlight vendor show specials, new releases, and market locations. Classic vendors receive ¼-page features; Premier vendors receive ½-page features.
• Morning Coffee – Live Zoom session featuring participating vendors and product highlights for PPP retailers. Limited availability per session.
• Exclusive Events – Opportunities for Classic and Premier vendors to connect directly with PPP Retailers through seasonal in-person or virtual events. Showcase new products, highlight best sellers, and engage buyers in real time. Premier vendors receive early access to event participation; details and formats may vary each season.

• Spring Savings Week – Timed retail promotion offering featured product savings for buyers.
• Quarterly Perks & Promos – Rotating vendor-led incentives to encourage new orders.

Premier Vendor Program – everything detailed above PLUS:
• Market Preview Booklets (½ page ad placements)
• Vendor Profile Feature – Dedicated digital and newsletter feature highlighting your brand story, new introductions, and key products. Supported by targeted social media promotion and coordinated directly with your team for timing and content.
• Retail in Motion – Monthly video series featuring themed product stories and seasonal retail ideas, showcasing participating vendors across PPP’s digital platforms. Limited feature spots per month.
• Dedicated Brand Landing Page – Full-page profile on the redesigned PPP website (launching 2026) featuring your brand story, product highlights, and retailer resources, designed to give buyers easy access to your collection and contact details.

Brand Exposure Options ($500 Value Each)
Your second year includes one complimentary Brand Exposure feature of your choice.
Each option keeps your brand visible across PPP’s digital and print platforms and supports continued retailer growth.
• Morning Coffee Headliner – Join PPP’s signature live buyer Zoom session as a featured vendor. Present your brand and bestsellers to hospital, healthcare, and community retailers nationwide. Limited availability per session.
• Dedicated Email Spotlight – Custom email sent to PPP retailers featuring your brand story, images, and product links.
• Newsletter Video Feature – Short vendor video featured in PPP’s retailer newsletter and archived online.
• Homepage Spotlight – One-month homepage placement with product image and catalog link.
• Retailer Resource Feature – Logo and message featured on one of PPP’s downloadable retailer tools (guides, checklists, etc.).
• PPP Fresh Picks – Inclusion in PPP’s “recommended vendors” list highlighting top-performing brands and featured on website.
• One-on-One Vendor Interview – Recorded or live interview with PPP shared through digital channels.
Additional Brand Exposure features may be added at any time for $500 each.
Each added feature also helps fund the onboarding of a new PPP retailer—extending your impact while expanding the marketplace.
