Question: I need help retiring a volunteer. She has difficulty walking with a cane and carries two large bags with her wherever she goes. I am afraid she will fall and hurt herself and ultimately the hospital will be responsible for her emergency treatment. She is proud that she still goes out four days each week to volunteer. I don’t think she is even considering retiring from volunteering. She is in her eighties. Share Replies and Feedback
