PPP is onboarding qualified retailers into the Exchange based on purchasing potential, engagement, and alignment with mission driven retail. Store participation is tied to confirmed purchasing activity with participating vendors.

How the PPP Exchange works

Exchange stores place orders directly with vendors, just like any other retailer account. The key difference is discount structure.

Vendors continue offering the standard 10% PPP savings with no increase in total cost.

5% is given to the retailer at the time of purchase
5% is reconciled quarterly with PPP based on confirmed Exchange purchases

PPP provides vendors with a verified list of approved Exchange store ship to addresses so discounting can be applied accurately and consistently.

Confirmation and quarterly reconciliation

Built for integrity and clarity

Each quarter, vendors confirm total purchases from Exchange stores. PPP summarizes confirmed activity and reconciles the 5% portion tied to Exchange renewal credits.

This creates a straightforward system where store participation is supported by real buying activity and vendor investment is protected through reporting discipline.
